About Our Club:
First things first, this is not your grandma’s board game collection! Don’t expect to find monopoly or candy land in our club. We will explore the world of board game enthusiasts who thrive off of learning new strategies to take down their opponents or working cooperatively to accomplish a task. There are a variety of games to explore including dexterity games, card games, deck building games, cooperative games, and much more. Our club welcomes all middle school grade levels and experience levels with board game strategy. Our goal is to have a little friendly competition and lots of fun!

Meeting dates & times for 1st semester:
We will meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 3:00-4:30 pm. Please see the dates below. Please note dates are subject to change and will be communicated directly with parents.

Snacks: Students are welcome to bring a snack and a drink. The snack and drink must be consumed away from the board games and hands must be washed before handling the board games.
Expectations:
★ We don’t play with cheaters! If you cheat, you won’t play.
★ No food or drink allowed around the board games.
★ Everything goes back in the box (including attitudes when the game is over).
★ Respect each other, even when engaging in competition. There is a right way to win and to lose.
★ Respect the board games and pieces. Some items cannot be replaced.
★ Students will report directly to the board game club after school and begin promptly at 3:00 pm.
★ Students must be picked up at 4:30 by someone authorized to pick them up based on the participation form completed by the parent.
★ Last of all, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
To participate in the Board Game Strategy Club, parents must complete the participation form. This form must be complete no later than August 8, 2025.
